Last month, I had the chance to spend 8 fabulous nights at our 5 diamond resort on the Riviera Maya, The Fairmont Mayakoba. There is so much to say about this place that I will dedicate a series of 3 articles about this unusual concept of 401 fabulous villa and casita units spread in the mangrove forest and in front of the sea.
