I have not written in weeks since The Plaza in New York reopened. I actually got married last week so we have been quite busy. I am glad to post a new article today about our trip to Singapore last year at this time of the year. The Plaza, managed by Fairmont, is officially reopening after a long 2 year restoration. I had the chance to stay at the grand icon back in 2000 and hope to go back one day… when and if the staff rate opens up!

Last week end, I had the chance to join a group of hoteliers and enjoyed a perfect skiing day at Le Massif. This mountain is considered by the locals as the best mountain in Quebec with the best snow conditions. I could not agree more. The view over the St Lawrence River, as you ski down, is breathtaking.
